TRACERAY is designed to work locally on your Mac. We do not require an account, and we do not sell personal data.
Data we collect
TRACERAY does not collect personal information by default. The app runs offline and processes audio files locally.
Files and local storage
To provide features like playlists, caching, markers, and settings, TRACERAY may store data locally on your device:
- App settings (e.g. visualization preferences, playback toggles)
- Playlists and track references
- Imported file copies (optional caching to speed up switching)
- Analysis cache (waveform/spectrogram data)
- Recent items and markers (if you use those features)
You can clear caches in the app’s Settings.
Network access
TRACERAY does not need network access for core functionality. If a future feature requires network access (e.g. optional integrations), it will be clearly described in the UI and this policy will be updated.
Third‑party services
TRACERAY does not integrate with third‑party analytics by default.
